UnSpun with Jody Vance and George Affleck — Episode 42

Welcome to UnSpun - The Orca's current events podcast and YouTube show. Every week, Jody Vance and George Affleck unspin the latest news in local, provincial, federal politics, and much more.

Jody and George take a deep dive into the federal election and what it means for Canada; take a trip to Victoria where BC Liberals are saying goodbye to one of the their most senior, and somewhat controversial, MLAs; and finally, a visit to Vancouver, where efficiency of spending gets it day once the newly approved Auditor General starts on the job.

SWIM ON:

  • Last week's UnSpun - also on the road - looked ahead to election night, and wondered about THAT release from Vancouver Mayor Kennedy Stewart.
  • Normally, UnSpun is in person, and #BCPOLI Hotstove is remote...this week, the script was flipped.
  • Feel like a classic episode? I do. UnSpun 31 speculated on election year antics; defined immaculate construction; and sprayed some news about graffiti.
