As the CEO of the Canadian Taxpayers Federation prepares to step down, he sits down with Rick Cluff
Over the past three decades, the Canadian Taxpayers Federation has grown into a major force in national public policy.
One man has been part of it for nearly that entire time.
From its early days to a presence today in every province, Troy Lanigan has helped the CTF – and the taxpayers they represent – to several significant policy victories.
This fall, Troy is leaving as president and CEO of the CTF, having spent 27 years with the organization. He joined Rick in studio to talk about the organization’s successes and future.
Rick Cluff is an award-winning journalist who hosted the popular CBC Radio Vancouver morning program “The Early Edition” from 1997 until his retirement in April of 2018.
He has conducted more than 50,000 interviews and asked more than half a million questions, of prime ministers, premiers, presidents and some of the world’s biggest sports and entertainment personalities.
