Off the Cluff: Fixing ICBC (with Kris Sims)

Okay, British Columbians want change in auto insurance. What does that mean? What's possible?

New polling released by The Orca last week shows significant support among B.C. residents to radically change the Insurance Corporation of B.C., our government-owned auto insurance monopoly. ICBC is bleeding money, and overtaxed drivers are clearly desperate to find new ways to save a few dollars.

Kris Sims is the BC Director for the Canadian Taxpayers Federation, and has been a leading voice for turning ICBC into a driver-owned co-op. Kris joined Rick Cluff in studio.
